A National Health Mission (NHM) employee, posted at Sub District Hospital Sopore, ended her life by allegedly hanging herself at home in Hib, Dangerpore area of Rafiabad in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
KNO reported that the family of the 24-year-old girl found her hanging inside her room after which they informed the police.
Police said the body has been taken for post-mortem to determine the cause of the death and to complete other legal formalities.
A case has also been registered and investigation started.
