SRINAGAR: A civilian was injured in an ongoing encounter in Redwani area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Friday.
Quoting a top police officer news agency GNS reported that during exchange of fire between militants and security forces a civilian recieved bullet wound.
He has been shifted to nearby hospital, where from he has been referred to GMC Anantnag. He has been identified as Manzoor Ahmad Lone, the officer added.
Earlier an army trooper was also injured during gunfight, his condition is stated to be stable.
