Shopian: In the wake of the recent achievements of PHC Herman and PHC Sedow in attaining the prestigious National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) certification, “credit is due to the leadership of Dr. Mohammad Yousif Naikoo , the Block Medical Officer (BMO) of Shopian,” Medical officers of PHC Sedow and Herman said.
