The Jammu and Kashmir meteorological department predicted another spell of snow and rains from February 11 in Kashmir.
The weatherman said that they were expecting another spell of light to moderate snowfall and rains from February 11 night to February 12.
The minimum temperatures remained below the freezing point on Thursday.
