Baramulla: A day after being attacked and seriously injured by his brother in Law, over a land dispute, a man from Chakloo village of North Kashmir’s district Baramulla died in a hospital on Tuesday.
Souces told that the shocking incident occurred a days before when, Ghulam Mohidin Gazi R/o Chaklo Baramulla was hit and seriously injured, by his brother in law and other members during a scuffle over a land dispute.
The victim was immediately shifted to hospital in a serious condition, where he succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday morning.
Police offical told to KNS, a case of murder has been registered against the accused, four has been arrested including female by baramulla police
Police have already registered FIR, under 117, under section 302, 147,187 against the accused persons and all the accused have been arrested.
Meanwhile, after completion of medico-legal formalities the dead body of the victim was handed over to family members for his last rites.(KNS)
