An Assistant Sub-Inspector of the paramilitary died after he fell from a two-storied building in Reshipora area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on wee hours of Thursday, reported a local news agency, Global News Service (GNS).
A police officer told GNS that the 48-year-old ASI, Shyam Singh son of late Dayal Singh, who was posted at 178 battalion CRPF Reshipora, Shopain, fell down from a storied building.
He was shifted to SKIMS Soura where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival, the officer said. (GNS)
