Dogs kill nine sheep in Budgam

Ferocious dogs attacked and subsequently killed at least nine sheep in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday.

The sheep belong to Farooq Ahmed Parra, a resident of Sonpah Khatirunah village of Budgam.

Farooq Ahmed said that a pack of dogs possible seven in number pounced upon the sheep and killed nine of them.

“Nine sheep have been killed and another two had to be slaughtered due to injury,” he said.

Last week, dogs had critically injured an elderly woman in the same district. (KNT)
