Dr. Beauty Banday has been appointed as the Head of the Department (HoD) Law at the University of Kashmir.
In order to this effect states that “consequent upon her promotion as Professor, Dr. Beauty Banday shall function as Head, Department of Law for a period of (03) three years or till she attains the age of superannuation whichever is earlier, reliving Prof. Mohammad Ayub Dar of the charge of headship.”
The order has been put to immediate effect on its issuance. (GNS)
