A tipper driver died after a vehicle he was travelling in skidded off the road and plunged into a deep gorge at Sumbal Balla area of Gund in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Sunday.
Official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a tipper (JK02AF-5585) fell into a deep gorge at Sumbal Balla, resulting in on spot death of the driver.
They identified the deceased driver as Javaid Ahmad Baba (38), son of Mohammad Maqbool Baba of Fraw Gund in Ganderbal.
A police officer said that a case has been registered in this regard and further investigation has been taken up—(KNO)
