Srinagar: Renowned activist Hilal Lone greets people on the annual eve of Shab-e-Baraat.
He described the occasion as an opportunity to seek Almighty’s mercy and pray for peace and well-being of the entire humanity.
In a statement, he said, “During the holy night of prayers, we should vow to be compassionate and work towards strengthening the bonds of brotherhood, love, and amity among the people.”
Shab-e-Baraat is “one the most sacred nights where believers express their unshakeable faith in the Almighty Allah,” he said.
adding, “He (Allah) only can redeem us from the current crises.,”
He hoped that Shab-i-Baraat will bring peace, prosperity, and happiness to Jammu and Kashmir.
