Srinagar: A special Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (TADA) / POTA court today framed charges against pro-freedom leader Muhammad Yasin Malik in the case of Rubiya Sayed kidnapping.
A local news gathering agency Kashmir News Observer (KNO) quoting unnamed officials reported that 3rd Additional Sessions (Special judge TADA/POTA) Jammu, framed the charges against Malik regarding Rubiya Sayeed kidnapping case.
Earlier, on 16 March, last year the presiding officer of TADA court in Jammu had framed charges against Malik and six others for killing four IAF men in 1990—(KNO)
